An experiment platform is composed of a long-arm bionic software robot prototype, gas supply module, control module and data acquisition module. The air supply module adopts the electric proportional valve NITV0050-3BS, which can continuously adjust the outlet air pressure within the pressure adjustment range. The control module adopts a single-chip microcomputer module and is connected to the PC through serial communication. Set up an MFC program on the PC and control the input voltage value of the electric proportional valve through the single-chip microcomputer, and install the TLC module and the LM amplifier module between the single-chip and the electric proportional valve. The control signal output by the single-chip microcomputer is set to the effective value of the electric proportional valve. Within the input voltage range. The data acquisition module is composed of a contact unidirectional bending sensor and a push-pull force gauge. The bending sensor is fixed on the outer wall of the soft robot. When the soft robot is bent, the voltage at both ends of the sensor changes linearly. Finally, the data is measured and pre-processed by the single-chip microcomputer, which is used to measure the bending angle and grasping force and feedback to the PC through serial communication.
