In the traditional process of bottle making, we use the same pressure from the beginning to the end when we blow backward. In this traditional method, when the parison is formed by back blowing, the outer wall of the liquid glass of the parison is close to the parison, and the liquid glass of this part will continue to cool down and finally form a "hard skin". At this time, if the temperature drops too much, there will be adverse factors in the next few steps of bottle making process: for example, to lengthen the reheating time, the bottle mouth and neck are easy to produce cracks, and the glass bottle wall is also easy to produce uneven thickness defects. Therefore, the air pressure should be reduced when the back blowing air forms the parison to ensure that the parison will not be cooled too much. In the 1970s and 1980s, there was no electronic control or pneumatic proportional valve. Only high pressure reverse blowing and low pressure reverse blowing can be optimized. This method was widely used in the production of some special bottles at that time. After adding the air circuit device of pneumatic proportional valve, we can use three different air pressures to act on three different time periods. |
