The device consists of high-speed solenoid valve, pressure sensor and control circuit. When there is a signal input, the intake solenoid valve opens, the exhaust solenoid valve closes, the main valve supplies air to the pilot chamber, the main valve core moves down, and the secondary pressure is output. At the same time, the secondary pressure is detected by the pressure sensor and fed back to the control circuit. Based on the deviation between the input signal and the output secondary pressure, the control circuit uses PWM control mode to drive the inlet and outlet solenoid valves to adjust the pressure of the pilot chamber until the deviation is zero, the inlet and outlet solenoid valves are closed, and the main valve core is balanced in a new position, so as to obtain an output pressure proportional to the input signal.
