Various types of domestic military and civilian charging tests mostly adopt the form of pneumatic proportional valve control charging and switching valve control abandonment, based on the principle of controlling the opening and closing of the charging and deflation valves by the air pressure error in the test piece. Due to the overcharge phenomenon, once the gas pressure in the test piece is greater than the command pressure, the error is reversed, and the control command is then reversed, giving a negative deflation command, the bleed switch valve opens, and the pressure in the test piece decreases. When the internal pressure is less than the command value, the control command will return to the positive direction, and the positive charging command will be given to control the opening of the pneumatic proportional valve. The high-pressure gas enters the test piece through the electric proportional valve, and the pressure inside the test piece increases. The above-mentioned inflation and deflation process continues to cycle until it tends to be in dynamic equilibrium. During the entire adjustment process, the overcharge phenomenon generated during inflation seriously threatens the safety of the test piece and the experiment personnel. |
