At present, the full-scale aircraft strength test air tightness inspection and the fuel tank, cockpit, cargo warehouse and other closed components of the pressure test, the inflatable loading test bench is used for control, and the pneumatic proportional valve is used to control the high pressure gas to enter the closed components. When the air pressure feedback in the test piece is close to the command value, it is hoped that the pneumatic proportional valve will be closed immediately, but often due to inertia, the pneumatic proportional valve cannot be closed instantaneously, and high-pressure gas continues to enter the test piece, causing overcharge. When the overcharge phenomenon is serious, it will threaten the safety of the test piece and the experimenter. Therefore, when the feedback is close to the command, it is hoped that the opening of the electric proportional valve should be reduced as much as possible to facilitate its rapid closing, thereby reducing the overcharge. |
